RXL Series Biological Research Microscopes are available in three basic models covering monocular, binocular & trinocular observation heads with Standard 45o inclined observation tubes rotatable through 360o & can be fixed in any direction. Inter-pupillary distance from 54mm to 74mm & diopter adjustments are provided in binocular & trinocular observation heads.

The microscope stand is fabricated from one piece die-cast arm & large size rectangular heavy stable base with concealed transformer and electrical fittings. Low profile design allows comfortable viewing during continuous operation.

Precise quadruple revolving nosepiece is provided with accurate centering and positive click stops for smooth accurate rotation.

The size of mechanical stage is 135mm x 140mm. X-Y movement is controlled through low co-axial drive controls and cross movement of 50mm x 70mm with fully graduated vernier scales.

Low mounted concerntric coarse & graduated fine focusing control knobs act directly on the stage. Which is counter balanced and runs on precision ground linear roller bearings to give frictionless motion. The tension of coarse focus control can be adjusted through a tightening ring.

Bright field Condenser Abbe N.A. 1.25 with iris diaphragm and swing out filter holder can be moved through racked and Pinion Knob. The Condenser unit incorporates high efficiency optical system for optimum utilisation of light from low to high magnification. It is interchangeable with professional accessories.

Halogen Lamp 6V-20W, is fitted under the field lenses. The intensity of light can be adjusted through solid state variable controlled transformer, input voltage 110 Volt or 220 Volt.

Choice of perfocal and percentered DIN Achromatic or Semi-plan Objectives are available in magnification range of 4x-10x-40x and 100x Oil immersion. Wide Field Eyepieces 10x, 15x, and 20x. Huygenian Eyepieces 5x, 6x, 7x, 10x, 15x, and 16x are also available. DIN Objectives and Eyepieces under Semi-plan are having anti-fungus/mould treatment. For easy identification,
The objectives are colour coded.

The Microscopes are packed in full mould Styrofoam boxes with vinyl cover, duster, cleaning brush, filter, immersion oil and operating instruction manual.
